- If your napkins arrive damaged, misprinted, or flawed, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please include photos of any damage or misprint so we can quickly verify and resolve the issue.
Return Policy
Because our napkins are custom printed and personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect details provided, or event cancellations.
How to Start a Return
If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, please contact us at support@napkify.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the napkins (if damaged or misprinted)
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and handle the replacement or refund right away.
